Return Policies

We continually strive for all customers to be satisfied with all of their purchases from W.B. Mason Company. This is why we proclaim that if any customer is dissatisfied with any purchase made through returns can be made in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

COVID-19 RETURNS - Due to the COVID-19 virus certain items will be final sale only. This measure is being taken for the safety of our employees and all of the customers we deliver to. Final sale items include but are not limited to:

  • Hand Sanitizer/Dispensers
  • Soaps/Dispensers
  • Facial Masks
  • Gloves
  • Gowns
  • Face Shields
  • Thermometers
  • Personal Protective Equipment
  • Counter Top and Cubical Shields
  • Sanitizing/Disinfectant Cleaners
  • Wipes
  • Paper Towels
  • Toilet Paper
  • Food, Beverages, and other Perishables
  • Food Service Containers
  • Items purchased in bulk related to COVID-19
  • All other items related to COVID-19

TECHNOLOGY ITEMS - Returnable within fourteen (14) days from the date of the invoice, if returned in the manufacturer's original box with all internal packaging, warranty cards, manuals and accessories included.

SOFTWARE - Software (that is not defective) is returnable within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice, if returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, unopened and in resalable condition. Defective software can be replaced with the same title within fourteen (14) days from the date of the invoice. However, no refunds, credits, or exchanges of any kind will be given for defective software.

ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE - All other merchandise (with the exception of custom ordered products) are returnable within sixty (60) days of the date of the invoice if returned in the original manufacturer's packaging (cannot be defaced) and in "as new" condition. Product past its expiration date is non-returnable.

CUSTOM ORDERED MERCHANDISE NOT RETURNABLE - All (non-defective) custom ordered products of every kind, nature and description are not returnable under any circumstances or conditions. Such items would include customized printed materials, signs, stamps, seals, factory ordered custom furniture and ad specialty items.

For certain commodity SKUs purchased in bulk, all sales are final.

W.B. MASON PRICE GUARANTEE - W.B. Mason makes every effort to offer low prices but in the event any authorized delivery dealer offers a lower price than ours, on an identical item in a currently published catalog, within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase, we promise to beat that price. This guarantee does not apply to any item which is being sold as: (1) closeout merchandise, (2) one of a kind, (3) a floor sample, (4) damaged or second grade merchandise (5) ad errors, (6) REBATE OFFERS OR (7) a going out business sale. No merchandise will qualify for this guarantee if it is (a) bundled with other products, (b) offered as a bonus, (c) offered for free, (d) combined with a money off coupon, (e) refurbished in a way or (f) offered in limited quantities. The offering dealer must have the identical item currently in stock in order for this guarantee to apply. List prices and A.L.P.' prices shown in this catalog are subject to change without notice. OTHER POLICIES - W.B. Mason reserves the right to limit quantities on its products and we prohibit sales to resellers. We are not responsible for printing or typographical errors.
