The 1 1/4" band around the top and the bottom of the MOP-24C wet mop head prevents threads from bunching up or tangling during use. Made of four-ply, poly cotton blended yarn, this mop holds as much as 24 oz of water for mopping the dining room and kitchen floors. To make this unit an economical yet efficient choice, the ends of the yarn are cut. It doesn't come with a handle, so this mop head makes a good replacement for use with a preexisting handle.
